Brendan Keating is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) in the state of Nevada for 24th Street Asset Management ("24th Street"). Prior to 24th Street, Brendan was a manager/partner of private real estate debt and equity investment partnerships worth nearly $100mm. In addition to his duties at 24th Street, he also serves as the CEO of Logic Commercial Real Estate ("Logic") since its founding in August 2015. Logic has offices in Las Vegas and Reno, providing Brokerage, Property Management and Capital Market Services. He serves on Boston Omaha Corporation’s (NASDAQ:BOMN) board of directors, which is a partner in Logic. Brendan graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
Adam Peterson has been a Co-Chairperson of the board and Co-CEO at Boston Omaha Corporation since 2015. Adam is also the Founder and Managing Member of The Magnolia Group, LLC, an investment advisor managing private partnerships founded in 2005. Brendan and Adam previously partnered on investing nearly $100mm into private real estate debt and real estate equity investment partnerships via The Aligned Group, LLC. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Creighton University.
Prior to 24th Street Asset Management, Agus managed nearly $100mm of private commercial real estate debt/equity investment partnerships with Brendan and other partners. He is also a shareholder and founding member of Logic Commercial Real Estate ("Logic") and has assisted in the execution of Logic’s strategic development for the Las Vegas office since inception and the launching of the office in Reno, Nevada. Prior to Logic, Agus worked with Champion Real Estate in Los Angeles from 2009 to 2013, at Marcus & Millichap commercial real estate investment brokerage in Las Vegas from 2007 to 2009, and an analyst at Tyco International/ADC Telecommunication in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Agus received his Electrical/Computer Science engineering degree from Purdue University.
